This is an awesome place to consider a purchase of an RV, trailer, etc. They are the best to work with and I really appreciate the time that they spent with me. Everyone, Danielle, Dan, John and Billy were there for me in what ever I needed to resolve. Danielle's knowledge of RV's is amazing. She explained everything to me, at least 3 times, until I understood. Dan assisted with all the necessities that we definitely needed and was available for us at all times. Billy was the greatest finance. He really got what we needed and wanted. Dustin did our orientation that was amazing! All questions were answered and he made sure we understood before leaving. Everyone at Maxie Price RV did a wonderful job in assisting us in finding a trailer that we love. I will definitely be returning there if ever wanting to upgrade. Eddie was our friendly and knowledgeable sales guy - There was no pushy sales going on but making sure we were informed; to make a decision if this is the right time to buy, on the couple of campers we had narrowed down for our family, and getting us in touch with the right people to make this process simple and easy. Our 3.5 year old was with us so simple and easy is what we needed! Billy was our finance guy and he was awesome too. His knowledge on this specific brand of campers helped us even more about our decision. The information he had and shared regarding finances, insurance, and even taxes pleased my husband so much which of course makes me happy. He also followed up with our insurance company and with us to see if there was anything we needed. Our Maxi Price experience was one of a kind. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with excellent customer service. We were first time buyers, but not first time shoppers. Cullen met us in the lot with a very warm welcome. He explained how to explore the campers on our own. He was not a pushy salesman, but was always close enough to answer any and all questions we had. After looking at all the campers on the main lot, we had not found "The One." Cullen came to the rescue. He took us to the back lot, and straight to the camper that was meant for us. He had observed the things we were looking for, and he knew the exact fit for us. We fell in love immediately with our impending new purchase. My husband and I was at Maxie Price RV on Saturday looking for a new travel trailer we was welcomed immediately her name jessi she asked how much we wanted to spend what was nice she respected that amount didn't ttry to push higher price camper on us . Jessi helped us find most beautiful camper. We was financing so the lender we wre using had already closed .Monday Jessi called we sent her all the documents the lender needed .To my amazement Jessi called on Tuesday her day off to set our appointment up with the lender,the next day she even went with us to the lender everything went so smoothly.. When we went back to get camper they went over every detail of how the camper worked answered all our questions . Maxie himself came to us and thanked us for our purchase I was like oh my god first time a owner ever took the tie to meet or even thank me for doing business wit them. What is so great about our purchase is that we literally bought our first home together from Maxie Price! To some it's just a 2017 Sportsmen Camper, but to us it means we are not homeless! Thank you for making things affordable and being respectful of our needs. Jessi came out to greet us and was so incredibly knowledgeable. She knows her stuff! Donte made the sale so much fun! They all stayed very late to help us make our big decision. No question was a stupid one. Other camping novices may have been made to feel stupid, but Maxie Price RV made us feel like family.
